SOBRE "AMIBEE Version 1.00" From: Michael Jestram (michael.jestram@berlin.snafu.de) Date: Sat, 04 Oct 1997 09:38:57 +0100 Hi, i have
found today your great game called "Amibee". I send in the next week 20
German Marks to you for the registering. After Apidya was this game the
best on Amiga, but Apidya was a little bit to easy (level hard!). At last,
if you want I translate your Instruction to German. --- c64 coding, grafix & music(hacking) --- --------// From:
Marcus Johansson (marjoh@algonet.se) Yo' Byte! I've just downloaded the new AmiBee version. It's INCREDIBLY awsome! I love it! I've only tester it three times yet, and I never reached the boss; but I will, oh yes, I will! The gameplay is great, the enemies are way tough etc etc. There's actually nothing to complain about, except for that the screen is placed too much on the left on my monitor :) How many game companies has contacted you so far?!? Ten, eleven or? Damn it's good! You'the man! And I feel totaly honoured by having my name in the creditlist! OK, don't let me steal more of your time for now! I assume you have TONS of fan-letters to answer :) I'm also too tired for more writing.

Peter Fisher (uridium@t-online.de Hello, Mr. Byte ! My name is Peter from Hamburg in Germany. The reason of this mail follows now: an "online-friend" (through e-mails) gives me a tip: I should upload a file from the aminet. And that I do ! The name of the guy is Mopz from NC. Gamez Sweden and the file is "Amibee 1.0" :) And here I am! I loves this fantastic game, and I want to register to "Amibee" :) Before I send you money with a letter, I have one question: have you an account that I can make a transfer on it? I think thats the faster and secure way to send you the money (I think the money would stolen, when I send it via snail :( ) Bye, Peter --------// From:

Damir Arh (Damir.Arh@guest.arnes.si) Hi! I downloaded AmiBee V1.0 from Aminet and I have to say that I Like it very much. You improved it vastly since v0.85. Tha gameplay is much better and so is the general impression. It has almos a professional look. Great! I am thinking about registering to it, but I'll probably wait till I make it through the level 1 (if it doesn't take to long). In the credits section of the doc file I found the name of Marcus Johansson (Mopz), the author of FaYoh and some other games. We're in close e-mail contact and it quite surprised me that you're also his pal. Just to say it: I also bought Blitz recently and started on developing a game with a friend of mine. It will be a sort of thinking puzzle game. I'll probably release a beta version of it on Aminet soon (as soon as my friend finishes the graphics which are necessary). I wish you much success in the further development of your game.

Hanjo (H.Jaggi@popnet.ch) HI! AmiBee is great, I've sent the US$ 10 to Italy today! So I hope to receive the game by email soon. Greetings from the cold Switzerland. Sheriff --------// From:
Paul Robins (paul@robins.powernet.co.uk) I just wondered if you knew your game has been featured in last Friday's CU Amiga, in the PD section. They quite like it and say they are looking forward the next version. There's a nice screenshot in too. --------// From:
uridium@t-online.de (Peter Fischer) At first: A V E R Y B I G T H A N X X S ! ! ! ! for sending me the new and full version ! But heh, your new Amibee are my night-sleep are very short ;-) It's not a exaggeration, but "Amibee" is in my top 5 of all Amiga-Games! (And I know many, many games !). It's famous and more worth than 10 Dollar ! Come on, make it commercial!). Today it's famous and I love it. --------// From:
Dante (c2mbcp@pobox.udesc.br) Hello! I have played the aminet demo of your game AmiBee and I think it's great, very well done! Sorry for my e-mail in English, that's because my Spanish is very bad... :-) But the point is that I have played Twin Bee in my MSX, and I love Konami games and japanese anime stuff. [snip] your game is very professional and it deserves support. So, next week I will send a snail mail registration fee to support your development. But I wish that you put a option for keyboard control (cursor keys) and a faster shooting rate as default, to make the feeling even more close to the consoles and MSX. I also have a little game in development, it's called "Razor" and it's a horizontally scrolling shooter. Thanks for the attention and keep supporting the Amiga! --------// From:
